We will select the valve company or person who have better reputation in this region and deal with business sales in this range to agent our products. The identification of the agent include operating years, operating other products, growth and earnings capacity, pay capacity, credit grade, cooperate attitude and reputation and others. The detail qualification requirements as the below:

Qualification requirements:
  1. Valid business license, valid tax register certificate, organize institute code certificate, bank deposit certificate, valid legal person ID
  2. Has better region distribute sales capacity and experience in the industry, have the suitable customer source in the covered area (each area have different requirements)

Person requirements:
  1. Above one people, must have the management experience in the relate works
  2. Above 2 people, have or have certified sales engineer qualification within 2 months
  3. Above 2 people, have the valve products technology and service support experience

Finance requirements:

Better finance status, no bad operation records and debts, must provide: the last one year’s balance sheet, account of business, cash flow sheet which audited by the legal accounting firm

Business requirements:
  1. Pass through our company’s unified order management.
  2. Payment methods: within 3 working days after the order valid, the distributor need pay 25% of total payment to our company, pay the balance of total payment to our company within 10 working days after received the products or inspection qualified.

Responding time: 

8 hours per one day, 5 days per one week have sole duty company product’s technical support phone, phone responding within 2 hours, reply within 24 hours. Provide the product technical support email of sole duty company, at least one time check the email every one day, feedback within 24hours.

Channel management: 

able to actively develop the distribute channel according to company requirements, improve the product brand, and able to process standardize management at sales channel, can’t over area sales, low price to disturb the market rules and other actions which break our company’s channel principle.
