The metal-seated bi-directional butterfly valve adopts a "Metal-to-Metal Seat Ring" structure, in which both the disc sealing surface and the seat ring are made of metal with hardfacing treatment. This design ensures reliable sealing performance and an extended service life, even under frequent opening and closing conditions. This series of valves can meet the requirement of bi-directional zero leakage as specified by relevant standards.

To prevent potential issues such as disc deformation, stem misalignment, or galling between sealing surfaces caused by fluid pressure and temperature variations, the valve is equipped with two independent thrust rings located above and below the disc. These thrust rings ensure stable operation under all working conditions.

In addition, to avoid potential accidents caused by stem blowout, the Nsen butterfly valve features an anti-blowout stem design, enhancing operational safety.

The valve is also suitable for control and regulation applications, and this aspect has been fully considered during its design and development.
